If it were mine, I would remove those two lower branches. The T branch there is already causing some inverse taper. It will only get worse if it is not remedied.
Other than that, Nice looking boxwood. I have found them to be a relatively easy species to work with.
There are two or three things you could do to improve this tree right away.
A. Remove the lower right branch. The lower left will look good if you can get the foliage closer to the trunk.
II. Thin the foliage considerably, nipping off the ends of the growing tips to force growth further in. Your tree will look bigger when the leaves are closer to the trunk.
3. find a rock that will match the raised root closely, and turn it into and interesting root-over-rock feature. You won't have to plant so deeply and it will give your tree a good deal more interest.
